When you use the form, we receive your name, contact details, organisation, activity type and the message you choose to provide. Technical data required to protect the form from abuse may also be processed.
Purpose and legal basis
This information is used only to respond to your request, arrange a possible conversation and protect the form from automated submissions, based on your consent and the legitimate interest in securing the website.
Recipients and service providers
The information is accessible to the project founder. Cloudflare provides hosting and anti-bot protection; Resend delivers contact emails. The information is not sold or used for advertising.
Retention
Requests are kept for as long as needed to follow the conversation, then deleted no later than 24 months if no active relationship exists.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing contact@artisflow.co. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority at cnil.fr.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from abuse. Aggregated privacy-friendly audience measurement may be enabled through Cloudflare Web Analytics.
